i DON'T NORMALLY WRITE REVIEWS, BUT THIS REALLY MADE ME MAD. I purchased this book for $79 dollars. It is just over a hundred pages, but the font is 14 or 16. It could easily be put into 50 pages. The first section in the book is "Getting Started in the Office". He tells you to unlock the door and turn the lights on. Change to office sign to Open. Turn on the neon Open sign, turn on your computer... I think he is reaching for content. I would be embarrassed to publish this book. This book my be worth $12, but not $79.Product details

It is too detailed where it shoud not be and the oposit where it should. But overall you learn new things
This is a good example for an employee handbook. It gives good ideas for how to implement some procedures and serves as a good starting point. It could be more thorough, though.
it opened my eyes
I was disappointed in this book. It is very basic, starts out with"turn on the lights". For things I was hoping to learn, it directs you to your supervisor. For the price, it was of no value to me, I returned it.
All other products I looked at were more for those people who have experience in the field. This book, with policy/procedure and how to deal with the public gave me more information just even in it's content pages than I had found previously. Thanks/
